• Take ownership of wide variety of projects across business development and product

Business Development:

  • Manage top of funnel BD pipeline - track new opportunities, engage with potential customers, write proposals
  • Lead ongoing research and mapping of requirements, customers, and competitors across all services and use cases
    • Understand customer org structure, procurement pathways, budget, and requirements
  • Assist with demonstrations, briefs, and technical training for customers
  • Assist managing existing customer relationships and contracts
  • Write technical reports/whitepapers, CONOPs, and other materials for specific customers or general audiences


  • Bridge the gap between customer requirements and engineering team
  • Work closely with founders and engineers to inform product strategy and development roadmap


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to communicate technical topics to all audiences
  • Experience and comfort with related technologies
  • Deep knowledge of priorities and requirements for relevant DoD customers
  • Military experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Eligible for US security clearance

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with Electronic Warfare Systems, Software Defined Radio, or related domains
  • Specific US government contracting experience
  • Experience managing pipeline of US government customers
  • Existing US security clearance
